Date of Admission

Notice will be brought out for new admission. Generally admissions are opened from Falgun till last day of Chaitra. All the application forms can be obtained by the school administration desk by 29th Chaitra.

Requirement for Admission

Children in the age group of 3 years to 7 years can join the elementary course. Children seeking admission into kindergarten and onward classes need to take a qualifying test.

Children from any other schools wishing to have admission at this school will have a transfer certificate with the latest examination mark sheet. Then, they should take the qualifying test. They will be selected on the basis of their overall aggregate scores obtained in the admission test and their previous academic score.

Psychological Record

Every child enrolment in any class should give a psychological test to enable us to keep his/her personal history statement. This record will be used to diagnose their learning problems. Based on the diagnosis, remedial services will be planned and executed to improve learning of such children.

Educational opportunity for Poor Children

‘Education like love is necessary to every child.’ It is the right of every child. No one should be deprived of this right. Hence, to fulfil the norm of this right, the school offers possible financial assistance to the children who are deserving but economically weak.
The school management committee will decide on the number of fellowship to be awarded keeping in view the rules and regulations of the government.

 

Enrolled students could be withdrawn from the school on one month’s written notice and payment of an extra month’s fees. Fees for the entire session will be levied if students are withdrawing during mid-session without notice.
If parents want to take out their wards from the school at the end of academic sessions, they should inform the Principal at least one month before the closing of the academic session.
