The school is dedicated to maintaining an environment with respect for the individual and an outstanding faculty to foster independent thinking, creativity, responsibility and a strong sense of moral integrity. The campus serves to be a model with environmentally responsible design, with learning spaces, in accordance with global consciousness on pollution control and protection of our planet.
Sarswoti Kunj, has adopted a curriculum, which combines the best of available techniques, tried and tested across the Globe by various World Class Schools. The campus complements the highest standards in education that School stands for, with student-friendly ambience and academically oriented environment, closely supporting curriculum goals.
The school is an integral part of the society and community. Education activity should not be confined to the four walls of the class alone. The school is not and should not be a cloister or monastic retreat from the problems of the society. Therefore, we endeavour to encourage and train young children who are sensitive to crucial problems of our time and, who, as they grow up, will develop the right kind of mind set and the inspiration to address the challenges confronting them fearlessly and sincerely.
We have been trying to promote such attitude of social commitment among the children through the social exposure programmes like the periodic participation in social service outreach, excursion and study-tour activities.
Moreover, the school has been making humble attempts to enable the socially, economically, and physically handicapped children to get complementary/ alternative education in our school.
The school offers education from Nursery to 12th grade. The elementary course consists of the Nursery and the Kindergarten levels. According to the level at the chronological and the mental age of the child, group will be divided and taught.
In addition to adopting the national curriculum and text books prescribed by Nepal Government, some additional reference books are included in the course of study to meet the demands of parents and to provide a wider learning opportunity for students.
The school offers boarding facilities for the students. Boarding facilities are, however limited. Most students applying for boarder enrolment cannot be guaranteed admission.
The school has adequate facilities. It strives to provide a good environment to a large number of day scholars.
The school offers a mini-health club and numerous other facilities to encourage physical fitness culture, healthy and hygienic habits among students.
