All students shall have to appear the school examinations to be held in Ashadh, Ashwin, Poush and Chaitra each year.
A child unable to complete school examination or abstaining will require furnishing a written application specifying the reason. In case of illness, a doctor’s certificate has to be produced. A special examination will be arranged for students giving sufficient reason for not completing the school examinations or abstaining totally for the examinations. In such cases , the students will be judged sympathetically for promotion.
Children failing in school tests will have to repeat classes. Such students, however, shall receive extra tuitions to prepare for classes they failed to attend.
